How do I file a claim?
Easy! Just open the Lemonade app and hit the ‘Claim’ button. We will guide you through the rest of the short process there.
How will I get paid for a claim?
After you complete the claim report on the Lemonade app, you will be asked to enter your bank account information. Once your claim is approved, we’ll issue payment, minus the amount of your deductible, directly into your account.
Lemonade has a network of emergency response and repair partners enabling us to respond to just about any incident at just about any time.
